Craig McKie is a sole practitioner who provides legal services to private clients with complex estates, business and investment structures, self managed superannuation and/or beneficiary issues.
Craig provides advice in estate planning, succession of control of trusts and companies, estate and trust administration, and disputed estates and trusts. Often this advice will involve restructuring asset ownership and asset owning entities.
Craig's other experience includes over 37 years in commercial law, property, commercial litigation and tax, as well as international trust experience. This experience deepens his understanding of the legal, financial and tax implications of private legal services.
Craig is currently the Deputy Chair of the Legal Costs Committee and is a Board member of an active not-for-profit service organisation.
